Brand Strategy
& Design
Sir Chocolate
Sir Chocolate crafts premium-quality, plant-based chocolate with a conscience.
Ethically sourced, sustainably produced, and made for people who want indulgence without compromise.
The Challange
Create a brand identity that reflects not just quality ingredients and a sustainable, social ethos, but also celebrates the fact that this is still a delightful treat.
The brand needed to feel premium and intentional, while standing out from a sea of bold, candy-colored competitors.
At its core? A personality that’s equal parts thoughtful and delicious.
The Outcome
A muted, minimal color palette positions Sir Chocolate clearly in the premium space, while the psychologically grounded use of color builds trust and credibility.
Unique brand illustrations and refined typography add character and recognition across every medium.

The final Design
What it looked like in the end?
Here are some impressions of the final design.

How we got there?
Step 1: Strategy
We defined Sir Chocolate’s mission, values, brand archetype, tone of voice, and target audience – then analyzed the competition to identify a strong, differentiating position. These insights shaped a clear strategic foundation for the visual identity.
Step 2: Creative Direction
Inspired by our strategy and competitor research, we built a visual direction rooted in clarity and restraint.
Blue, the primary brand color, communicates trust and responsibility, perfect for a brand built on ethical sourcing. Muted neutrals like beige and gray-blue support a sophisticated, natural feel.
A set of custom brand illustrations adds personality and helps create recognition across platforms.
Elegant yet distinctive typography completes the system.

Step 3: Logo & Collateral
We designed a flexible logo system with a wordmark, monogram, and symbol for small-format uses like social media.
Deliverables included chocolate packaging, stationery, business cards, a brochure, tote bag design, and a complete brand style guide to ensure cohesion across touchpoints.
